I use them all the time. They are excellent people to work with. They are very professional. They are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for anybody that needs landscaping work, in fact I have done that and our neighborhood association has used them. They are just great people to work with. I just think they are a very knowledgeable person. He is a very good listener and he is a very creative person. I just like the way he does things. He kind of looks back, gives you the perspective of how to do things and the crew he puts together are very good too. There are always people that are lower than him but in my opinion you get what you pay for in that industry and I think his price is very competitive. I would not go and shop around because he is the guy. You get what you paid for. I have used them for years.

I was very happy with the proposed work and the sketches/drawings/ideas. Their book of work is very impressive and we felt comfortable that we would get the work done right. We could not be happier with the results and we consistently get compliments - even from strangers walking down the street. The work is 100% solid. They finished on budget and even had a few extras that made a nice touch.

After hiring several contractors over the 20+ years in my home, Roy and his crew were by far the easiest and most responsive company I?ve ever dealt with. My project was actually completed in Oct. 2008. Recently, one of the doors on the gate had started to sag just a little and I?d been meaning to call Roy to see if there was anything he could do, but I kept putting it off and just hadn?t gotten around to calling. Well, about a week ago, someone from Elements showed up to fix it! Apparently they were doing a project in my neighborhood; Roy had driven by, noticed the gate and sent someone over! Amazing! They even did some touch-up on the sand between the patio pavers. I would highly, highly recommend Elements of Nature.

I worked with Alicia, who is the company's designer and project manager. She walked me through the whole process. She interviewed me initially to get my general requirements. I knew that I wanted to replace my grass with drought-tolerant plants, and wanted a small patio area with a path to it, but I didn't have more specific ideas. She left me plant and garden books to look through to see things I liked and disliked. The next time we met we went through the books, and from my reactions she got an idea of what I liked. About a week later she came back with a design and samples of gravel and concrete paving stones. I approved the plan with some minor changes. This was in early March, and she told me that she could put me on their calendar for May. About a week later she delivered a detailed estimate. The second week of May her crew showed up and started working, removing the old grass and a tree. About a week after the job started Alicia went with me to a nursery to get my input on choosing some of the plants. The job was supposed to finished by the end of May, but it was delayed a couple of weeks because the concrete pavers I wanted and some irrigation parts were back-ordered. They mostly showed up when I expected them. They missed a couple of days because of rainy weather. Alicia was very responsive to my questions and suggestions during the process, reshaping planting beds, and moving plants and paving stones when I asked. I was impressed with her design sense, and I am quite satisfied with the work. The work came in at the estimate she gave me. Alicia made sure that I knew how to care for the garden, and told me that I could call her any time with questions. The company offers garden maintenance as well, and I will be discussing this with them.
