1) they installed 80 feet siding that failed within the first 3 weeks,
2) they didn't assume responsibility for the problem,
3) they didn't return emails/phone calls (until I asked to confirm their insurance provider),
4) they finally offered to fix the issue but at my expense
There have been a number of other issues that they acknowledged as mistakes and were kind enough to offer to fix at my expense.
This was our 2nd remodel, so we are by no means experts. However, I can definitely say that I would not recommend Element Builders. They are plenty of good contractors out there - do yourself a favor and get a good one. If you don't, it will cost you so much more in the long run - both from hard cost and time/hassle. We are now using DOM Construction to fix the siding - because Ryan/Corey take no accountability off their work.
