We hired Evan from E.L. Window Cleaning to clean our gutters and put up our Christmas lights and take down our Christmas lights. We payed him in full (and tipped generously) after he cleaned the gutters and put up the lights. We called him at the beginning of January to set up a time to take down the lights and his voicemail said he was out of town until February 2nd. This would have been nice to know in advance as our HOA requires us to have the lights down by Jan. 15th. Here we are February 7th and we have tried numerous times to reach Evan with no reply back. I guess we are going to have to pay someone else to come and take down our lights. Very poor business practice by E.L. Window Cleaning. I'm hoping he reaches out to us to rectify this so I can update this review.

went well, he worked at it for a long time the sprinkly of zinc on the roof for stopping moss growth seemed rather lite but time will tell if it kills it.
