Lighting Service
I have been a fan of Edge of Glass for awhile. Whenever I'd stop by there would be new interesting pieces, great colors, & a nice diversity of work. I went to Fremont 1st Friday Art Walk & watched James Curtis make flowers. I signed up for one (it's free). When I came to pick it up, James talked with me about his art & showed me what he calls, Metamorphic Glass. He kept lighting pieces and they would change color. I had never seen anything like it. I was hooked. I got my 1st lamp about 6 months later. James took his time with me and pointed out things I might not like. He says almost all of his business is word of mouth, so even if it means losing a sale, his priority is to make sure his customers are still happy with their purchases when they get them home. He did a great job packing it so it wouldn't get damaged on the way home. I got a set of floor lamps this year. Oddly enough, none of them are metamorphic, just beautiful. Maybe next year.
