I put in a request for a plumbing repair and they responded. I chose them based on high star/reviews. When booking, they told me they were general contractors and did other work and kept asking me about if I had other projects around the house, which should have raised suspicions. But I had a few small projects, so I thought this would be a good fit and scheduled the appointment. Upon arrival, the contractor basically told us our project was too small and that they wouldn't consider doing anything under $5K. We added on a painting project, and he then proceeded to assess our various "small projects" and come to a quote of $6K (nothing written, no line items). Was never told when I made the appointment that there was a minimum amount for the project. Annoyed that they wasted my time and came under false pretenses, when the initial call was about my plumbing problem. Total scam artists.
Description of Work: I had a leaky pipe in my ceiling that needed to be looked at, as well as a few small areas of drywall that needed to be patched and painted.
