They worked out very good. We like them very well. I think they are very good at what they do. These are big trees and they can be dangerous. They are very professional. I would highly recommend them.

They are very good and very knowledgeable.  Their prices are very reasonable and fair.  They are reliable as well. 

Louis was responsive and punctual. He showed up and performed the work exactly as requested. My husband was amazed that our yard was so clean after the job was performed.

Went very well. Worked all day and removed 3 trees. Ground stumps and roots. Great job.

It didn't happen.

Company was professional in offership of bid and contract. Matched lowest bid of three. Did offer to perform work in 3 - 5 days, ended up actually performing work on about the 7th/8th day, but did forewarn of delay when agreeing to contract.

Initially obtained a quote for felling 3 very tall Alder trees. Representative was on site and provided a written quote the same day as my initial call, and scheduled the work in 2 days. On the scheduled day a crew of 3 arrived, on time, and performed the originally quoted work. When they were done and packing their equipment I then wanted to add an additional tall ivy covered tall tree to the work. The crew was very pleasant, unpacked their equipment, and accommodated me by felling the 4th tree. Getting all the work done in a timely manner was great as high winds were expected in the area.

They did a really great job. They got the job done quickly. They showed up on time. They worked safely. They cleaned up really well after themselves. They answered any questions I had.

I hired him because of the good reports on Angie's List. The first day he was supposed to come I called him about 1 PM and he said it would be later that day or at 8:30 or 9 AM the next day. He never showed up nor did he call to explain. I was very surprised to be treated so badly.

It went great. Gave a reasonable bid, showed up on time, removed the tree without damage to the surrounding garden, cleaned up after themselves.

Arranged for a site visit to make an estimate within 24 hours of initial call. One of the three companies from which an estimate was requested. All companies were "A" rated on Angie's List. Eagle was lowest bid by $300. I notified Eagle that they had won the job on Wednesday and work started as scheduled at 9am the following Monday. Work team was three people, all of whom were courteous and friendly. Work was completed per contract. Extra care was take to avoid damage to a newly installed driveway. Firewood was cut to lengths and stacked when requested. Cleanup was well done.

It went great. The cost was competitive. The work was done quickly. The crew worked safely and everything went very well. They did a great job at clean up also. I would recommend this company.

Eagle was the only one of three tree services I contacted that returned my call. Eagle returned the call quickly, set up time for the next day to see the job and submit an estimate, and arrived for this appointment on time. The work was set up for the next week and took place on the date and time established. All interactions with Louis were professional, the work was well done and the clean-up was thorough. I will definitely use this company again.

Professional and safety conscious. This was the second time we had used them and the same crew came out to do our emergency tree removal.

THE SERVICE PERSON CAME TO THE HOUSE WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF MY INITIAL CALL. I WAS ABLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE, AND HE WAS PUNCTUAL IN ARRIVING. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND THOROUGH AND AGREED TO RETURN WITHIN A FEW DAYS TO DO THE WORK. HE DID A GREAT JOB; HE AND THE CREW WERE CAREFUL TO CLEAN UP ALL THE DEBRIS. I CALLED THEM INITIALLY BECAUSE I HAD A 10% OFF COUPON, WHICH THEY GRACIOUSLY ACCEPTED.
