E & G House Cleaning

My house was long overdue for a thorough cleaning. Urtaa came and we did a walk through and he gave me an estimate. He and his crew came and cleaned top to bottom. Cobwebs up high, dust down low, everything. It was a delight. Each person had their own area (kitchen, bathrooms, vacuuming, etc.). Very efficient.

We love E&G! They are very good at communication, always arrive on time (or early with a phone call!) and do an excellent job in our home. They are very reasonably priced. We have them come every 4 Saturdays. They always show up with a crew of 4 and are in and out of our house in about an hour to an hour and a half. We've already referred them to several of our friends. The day they come is always a good day because I know my home will be spotless after their good cleaning :)

making an appointment is darn frustrating. They did not show up on the first appointment we made since their car broke down. however they did not notify me that they cant make it that we had to wait for them the entire afternoon. I would expect at least a courtesy call. The service was good though once they can come.

Signed up with this company at the beginning of april through an online discount site. I emailed once the voucher was available to schedule a date. Unfortunately the email communication took over a month before we were able to lock in a date. On the brighter side, they were on time as per our agreement, removed shoes at the entryway, walked through the house and asked what we wanted cleaned and then asked if the crew could come in and start. Five individuals cleaned the house in around 2 hours. It was fresh, clean and they really did an amazing job. Granted I got a big discount on the price based on the deal website, but I think I would pay double for this kind of service.
