DISASTER!!! This contractor neglected to pay his subs, walked away from the job, and won't refund our money and won't pay the subs. We've paid him $75k, and he owes the subcontractors (who are threatening to lien our house) $32k, and it is going to cost $47k to finish the job. We have to file suit, as he won't respond to our repeated requests. STAY AWAY!!!
Description of Work: We hired Dwellcraft build an approx 180 SF addition to our Kitchen and bathroom. This included remodeling the kitchen, bathroom, and main floor.
