Told the sales rep. what I needed; he helped me find some fence clips and wrote order up. Yard person examined the wood as he was selecting to eliminate warped or otherwise bad pieces. I was moving a 4x4 when I got home and it cracked. Returned it and it was replaced with no hassle whatsoever. You may pay a little more than the big stores but the service is far superior.
