Additional DBA - Dr. QuickBooks & Quicken. As "Dr QuickBooks & Quicken", I make remote accountant house calls to help support & train small businesses & individuals to learn how to properly manage their financial records in their accounting & bookkeeping software. As an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (desktop and online) with additional certification in QuickBooks Point of Sale, Payroll, and Enterprise software and certified by Intuit since 2007, I fix your financial aches & pains by setting up your books in the above programs, review what you have created or how you've inputted your data (doing it yourself doesn't always mean you did it right), or train you how to use it to make your lives easier. From 2014 to 2022, I was named a Top 100 ProAdvisor by Intuitive Accountant. Common problems that I solve include online banking, payroll, adding accounts, backing up, inventory, credit card processing and payments, creating meaningful reports, mapping your accounts to appropriate tax lines, creating invoices, receiving payments, depositing them correctly, and custom reports. A three consecutive hour minimum plus travel time applies for new clients as I find that most clients need that time. You are welcome to come to me or use remote software with a two-hour minimum. I went for several months without using Quicken, and of course by that time had forgotten much of what he taught me. I am not very technologically savvy, and although using the accounts he had set up was easy, by March 2014, I had deleted files and could not retrieve them. I had changed bank accounts, forgotten my password and couldn't find the paper I had written it on. In other words, I had totally messed up the systems he had set up. Once again I called him, and he came out promptly. He helped me re-organize the Quicken accounts, and in addition, set up accounts for my personal taxes. He actually enjoys taking on these challenges!
Keith is very good at what he does. He was very patient with all my questions. I recommend writing out a list of questions for him before he comes. I am once again working on the yearly account to the court, but this time it is much easier, and I am being much more successful at using the systems that are in place. I highly recommend Keith, and will use him again in the future if I need to.
