We are going to be putting some fences up. The guy that came out started before I got home. He walked me through everything. He was very friendly, and was willing to work with the neighbors as well. He got everything done, and I was content with the service provided. He got everything we needed marked. He always returned my calls fairly quickly.

Bill and his crew were a lot of fun. They had great attitude, seem to enjoy their job and did it well. Bill explained the results and the whole experience was terrific. When they needed to cut brush back he checked with me to make sure it was okay. Dobbs & Fox came recommended from another survey company which not taking any additional work at the time. Bill was able to work with my schedule and when he returned my initial call he had looked the property and already had enough information that he gave me the cost over phone, which was lower than I expected. It was a great service and well worth the price.

We called Bill and described what we wanted, and gave him our address - he wanted to come out to take a look before giving us a bid. About a day later, we got a call from him with the price, and some questions about the property - he was really interested in understanding some oddities about our lot. He came out about 3 days later to do the survey - it turned out to be very complicated (monuments paved over or moved, etc). Bill took a large number of measurements, including going deep into a ravine behind our house to find some old corners at the bottom of the creek. He went home to ponder what he had seen, and a day or two later came out to put in the corners He called us the next day and said he'd like to come to the house that weekend to review the map, since the survey had some less than obvious results. Every step of the way was very professional. I'd absolutely, positively hire Bill again for a survey.

I called Bill and left a message. He was in Eastern Washington, but he called back the next day and got my address so he could start researching the property online. The local monuments on my street were paved over, but he was able to find them in the next development. Within 3 or 4 days, the property was surveyed, the corners were marked, and additional markers were placed along the long edges of the property. He placed taller stakes with pink tags and also put metal stakes in the ground so that we can find the line with a metal detector in the future.

Called early on Friday. Got a call back within the hour. Set a tentative date for the survey. Everything went fine.

Based on the difficulty, they really did a great job. I feel the price was definitely reasonable and they were altogether a quality company. They responded immediately and got the job done fast.

The crew was prompt, friendly, and professional. They came out the same week that I called. After the crew came out, I was sent an official map survey of my property showing all structures, fences and dimensions which only took a few days.

Called Bill and left a message. He returned the call in a timely manner and was able to get the surveying accomplished three days after our call. Arrived with his crew and monitored their work. We would definitely use him again and have referred our friends to him.

I left a message for Dobb/Fox & Associates and quickly received a call back from Bill Fox. After a phone conversation and then a quick email to Bill where I outlined a couple of options we were looking at, along with property information, he got back to me within hours with an estimate. We needed the survey complete within the next couple of weeks, and Bill was able to schedule and complete the request within that timeframe, without adding any 'expediting' charge (a couple other companies we asked for an estimate did have an additional charge for a 'rush' job). He and his surveying crew arrived on time for the appointment they had set, completed the work, and provided me and my architect with the hard-copy survey information, as well as electronic files required by my architect. All on time and for the quoted cost.

I would use them again. They were very prompt and responsive. I had no problems with them!

We are happy with the results. Bill was great at following up with us, and was able to fit us into the schedule in a reasonable amount of time.

Our experiences with Dobbs/Fox occurred over approximately a twelve-month period. In one instance, they were contacted on fairly short notice, but made the necessary scheduling arrangements to ensure that their work could be completed in a manner that ensured continued work on the construction of our home.

THE SURVEYOR WAS WELL PREPARED AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT ADVICE ON THE ISSUES OF LOT LINES. THE WORK AND THE FOLLOW UP DOCUMENTATION WAS AS REQUIRED AND DONE SATISFACTORILY.
