MY FATHER HAS USED DERWIN'S TV SERVICE FOR YEARS. I CALLED A FEW OTHER PLACES CLOSER TO HOME BEFORE CALLING DERWIN TV, AND NO OTHER COMPANY WANTED TO HELP US. THE TV WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY FOR PARTS ONLY, AND I FOUND OUT THAT MOST COMPANIES DON'T LIKE TO HASSLE WITH ORDERING OUT FOR THE PARTS AND GETTING REIMBURSED UNDER THE WARRANTY. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HAVING A TV OF MY OWN SERVICED AT DERWIN TV, AND YOU CAN BE SURE THAT IS WHERE I WILL ALWAYS TAKE MY ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT THAT ISN'T WORKING RIGHT.
