They did the work well, I would definitely go there next time I need work. the only downside was they didn't reset the codes, so my warning light came back on.

Dere Auto is great. We've been taking our Toyota RAV4 there ever since we bought it in 2008 and they've always taken very good care of it. If they find something wrong that is beyond what we've asked them to do, they always call to explain what it is, what would happen if we didn't fix it, and how much it would cost to fix it. They have never gone above a price estimate for us.

System was replaced without issue at the price agreed upon.  Were willing to use owner supplied parts to save on costs. Always suggested the best option for price/performance.  I've had warranty issues with the replacement of the cabin air distributor in the past, which is a fairly difficult part to get to, and they honored their warranty without question, and scheduled me for the next available appt.

The guys at Dere Auto are very fair and most important...honest.

They did a good job without any unnecessary frills. I've been getting service at the dealer, but I feel like I pay extra for the fancy lobby, etc. This place didn't have any bells and whistles but they did great work and were very prompt and pleasant to deal with. I would for sure go to them again.  

They were phenomenal.  I brought the car in at about 9 am.  The owner called me at about 1 pm and told me everything was done.  They charged me $200.00 less than the estimate I had received at Chuck's and they told me I didn't need new struts as I had been told at Chuck's, which would have been another $700.00.  I will definitely go back.

It went great! Called on Friday, was able to have it towed in Saturday and looked at immediately, even though they were closing within the hour. William was very clear and concise about what was needed, gave me the option of getting a new part or a used one, rather than just installing the new one, which was $300 more. I was able to pick it up the following Tuesday, and, much to my surprise and admiration, they actually set the emergency brake when they left it for me. The key and clearly detailed receipt were in the car waiting for me, also.

Not much labor so that is a plus for the cost. The car runs much smoother and has a bit more power! Guy who rung me up insisted that I follow up the procedure by running my own fuel injector cleaner (bought at Costco) and gave me tons of detailed information on how to properly maintain the car to prevent further trouble so I wouldn't have to go get it serviced as often! They were friendly, prompt and thorough to ensure the job went well!

They are a really good company.  I really like everything about them.

For car service we go to Dere Auto which is in Seattle.  I think we got them in your list and we have been going to them for couple of years now.  We still used them.  We love them a lot.  Last visit was a month ago I think.  I think a spark plugs line which we took it in for that.  The cost of service was $600.  I like their prices.  They are far more reasonable than anybody else that we have been through.  They are very friendly.  They are very upfront.  They tell us what we need to do and if we don’t need to do it like that to – kinda give us options.

Fixed car on time and reasonable priced. Overall great experience.
