Our salesman was excellent at helping us decide what would work best for each window/room. He was also very conscious of the amount of blinds we would need, and worked to direct us to options that were of high quality, but a better price point. The installer was quick, professional & very thorough in his install as well as his explanation of how the blinds each work. One blind was the incorrect size and we received immediate, expedient attention to replacing it with the correct size.

My experience with them went fine. This is the first time and they were pretty good. The designer was really helpful and friendly. The installation process was quick and painless. It was fine. There was nothing wrong with it.

It was great and perfectly well. The guy that came out was very professional and showed up when he was supposed to. When the order was put through, they came in and setup a time to install them. They came and did it and everything was smooth and no problems. They have no control over the price. It is what it is.
