Highly recommended. Dale gave us the best bid and did a great job. He's not a big company - it's just him, but he's been doing it for 34 years, so knows what he's doing. He made it here even during the 5 day snowstorm that shut many places down. Good work done at a good price and in a timely fashion.

Work was performed early in a professional manner per estimated time. Cleanup was good. Dale advised me on spray texture finish application for the town house patch.

I would have used him had our schedules synced.

The job was bid with an approximate start date. A follow up call was received to confirm a start date. The work was started and completed as agreed upon. DC Drywall exceeded my expectations with quality work.

Quoted at ~1/3 the cost of another top rated contractor. Showed up on exactly on time, did the work as stated during the quoting process and completed on time. Quality work, didn't shortcut on materials or process. I'd use this contractor again in a heartbeat.

Subcontractors did the hanging and texturing, but he did the mudding and taping himself. He did a beautiful job on a tough, non-square corner (came back several days in a row to perfect it after the previous day's work dried).

We had a cracked ceiling in our spare bedroom. The ceiling was lath and plaster and we wanted new drywall installed. We contacted about 4 companies and DC Drywall was the only one to respond within one day. We like their attitude and promptness because we had a time limit before guests arrived. He was available immediately. We did the demo ourselves, but not without the guidance of this company. They gave us instructions on how to demo our own ceiling in order to save some money. It all worked out beautifully. Dale is prompt, efficient, trust worthy, good at explaining the details, and reasonable in cost. The ceiling looks fabulous and he did a great job cleaning up after all the mess! . Thanks Dale

Wonderful job. Dale repaired a number of heavily marred or cracked areas in our living room and entry room walls. He was professional. The work looks great! The price was right! He was very careful to be tidy and vacuumed and cleaned up afterwards in a very thorough manner. He was also very nice to our dogs. I couldn't be happier and will recommend Dale to any of my real estate clients in the future.

Dale was quick to get out to see the space and give us a quote. The price was competitive and we felt good about his expertise. He began right on time and had the work completed in the time estimated. The ceiling in particular was a difficult job and it looks much better now. We were very happy with Dale and would certainly use him again in the future.

DC Drywall exceeded our expectations. We called DC Drywall on a Saturday and the owner Dale came to our house the next day to inspect the proposed work. Dale gave us a cost proposal and scheduled the work for the following Saturday and Sunday. Dale did the work himself, and did a professional job in the time frame he promised. We would highly recommend Dale for any drywall work.

These guys did a great job. They were right on time, did excellent work, and completed the work ahead of schedule. They were also considerably cheaper than other bids we got for this work.

Dale and his installer, Darrell, came on time or notified us if there was a schedule change. They cleaned up the area after each stage in the drywall process. We were very satisfied with the completed project and would definitely recommend DC Drywall to others.

Dale was great to work with, and did a terrific job. He was very flexible, despite the fact that he was nearly fully booked and had to juggle multiple jobs. We wanted the work done in three phases to accommodate some other projects that need to be finished first. No problem! Dale worked us into his schedule (which meant working some weekends), showed up on time (which for him means very early) every time, and completed the work on schedule. He communicated well about schedules and expectations, was friendly and an all-around nice guy. He kept the work area organized and clean (as much as possible during drywall work). And the quality of the work was excellent -- after priming, we inspected the finish to identify any areas that needed rework. Honestly, there weren't any, or they were so tiny that it was easier for us to do the minor touch up ourselves.

Dale was available the week I called, gave the lowest estimate of the 4 people I contacted, and did the work the same day he came out to give the estimate (with follow-up work the next day). Two other contractors basically said the job was too small for them - and the cost for them to come out to do the work was more than it was worth to do the work we needed. We were very happy with Dale's work and would definitely call him again for other jobs, big or small.

Dale did superb work. He accommodated changes in schedule and he was responsive, organized, polite and professional. He had to return to patch more holes and he fit me into his schedule quickly. He is trustworthy and extremely good at what he does. I can't recommend him more highly.

He was very affordable and he was able to come by and do my work on weekends and evenings which suits my work/life schedule. He did a very professional job and was a friendly guy to have around.

We hired DC drywall to tape and mud drywall we hung ourself. Dale spent quite a bit of time on his initial visit going over the drywall with me and pointing out what was done well, and what things could be improved prior to finishing the drywall with mud and tape. He arrived exactly when he said he would for his initial visit, and his subsequent visits to do the work. He made five visits to do the work, allowing the mud to dry overnight each time. We're very happy with the final result.

He did an excellent job. He was reliable, had reasonable prices, and stayed in budget.
