Nathan Seney came to the house and did a thorough measurement of the deck area, sat down with us to hear what we wanted, and made some preliminary suggestions about how a design might fit our specifications. He then developed a preliminary design and came back to discuss it with us. Based on that discussion, he went back and completed the design, making changes based on our wishes. After he sent the design to us, he thought of a unique way to enclose the deck in screening and suggested that in addition. We loved it and went with it. When we contacted three contractors to bid on constructing the new deck, Nathan provided them with copies of the design and was readily available to answer any of their questions. He was thoughtful and thorough in every step of the process, timely, and considerate and patient with us in our decision making process. We would highly recommend this company!
