David was wonderful! He helped my husband and I purchase our first home.
As first time buyers, that were new to Seattle, we didn't know a whole
lot about the area or about the real estate purchasing process. As a
Seattle native that has been in real estate for over 20 years, David was
able to tell us exactly which neighborhoods, school districts and
cities were the best as well as which ones we should avoid. Throughout
his career, he has attend almost every home inspection of his clients,
making him a very knowledgeable partner in our house hunt. As we would
walk through houses, he would see signs of poor construction or home
maintenance and point them out to us. He truly wanted us to purchase a
well-built house that would meet our needs as a family. We really
appreciated him caring about us as people and finding the best home to
meet our needs. We walked through over 50 houses and there were many
times when he encouraged us not to settle and told us that the right
house for us would come on the market. We greatly appreciated how he
cared about us and for us, not pushing a sale. I would highly recommend
David to anyone going through the housing hunt!
