DARWIN'S NATURAL PET PRODUCTS

We are a regular subscriber to their Natural Selections Raw Dog Food for around a year.  We switched from regular kibble dog food, and at first had a hard time figuring out how much to feed.  We have over time come to feed 1/2 lb 2/day for a 75 lb dog plus an additional 1/2-1 cup of training treats doled out during the day. 
We like that we can support a local business and feed our dog a great product.  He loves eating it - any of the 3 "flavors" we get disappear immediately at feeding time.  The packaging is great - we can just pull open the 1/2 lb packet and feed the whole thing so there is almost no mess. 
The home delivery is free and very convenient - even if I am not home when delivered, the product stays frozen for hours in the styrofoam delivery container.  They are also flexible in allowing you to adjust your order each time, or you can just leave it as is, and then you don't have to do anything to get regular deliveries.
My one slight suggestion for improvement - work on the customer service skills of the phone staff.  They aren't bad, just could be a little more customer friendly.  For example, I asked for venison jerky to be included in an order and specifically said it was just this one order, but the next order had it as well.  So I had to call back to get it corrected and the staff on the phone assumed it was my fault and admonished me for not letting them know it was a one time order.  Ummm, I did.  No big deal, just as a business, I would always have phone staff take the position that the business made a mistake - whether or not they did.

I was very happy with the service Darwin's customer service has provided. They are quick to respond, helpful with questions and very friendly.

It went very well from start to finish. I will be on a regular basis receiving fresh, frozen pet food that is organic, raw, the best recommended for pets at this time. Delivery was as promised, phone rep was very courteous and helpful. The dog loves the food!
