Contractor overall did an excellent job finishing our basement. The quality of the finish work was very nice when compared to the original builder. The basement we had finished was approximately 1000 sq. feet plus we added a bathroom and had the entire foundation waterproofed from the exterior. Even though, our original plan was expanded they finished on time and budget. Contractor was able to control costs and upgrade other areas. Also did a good job of helping with our decisions on where to spend the remodeling budget to gain the most.
