 + -1 moreWHAT IS NOT IN THE WORK DESCRIPTION IS THE FACT THAT THERE WAS A HUGE WOOD PILE THAT NEEDED TO BE MOVED AWAY FROM ONE OF THE WALLS AND I DIDN'T WANT IT ON THE GRASS. SO IT REQUIRED MANY WHEELBARROW LOADS TO THE STABLE. AND THEN WHEN THE PAINTING WAS DONE, THE WOOD HAD TO BE MOVED BACK AND RESTACKED.
Description of Work: POWER-WASH HOUSE, PATIO, SIDEWALKS. RECAULK WINDOWS, SCRAPE PATCH AND PRIME EXTERIOR WALLS. REPAINT EXTERIOR WALLS OF HOUSE, REPAINT GARAGE AND BARN. REPAINT ALL TRIM. REMOVE AND REPLACE PATIO PLEXIGLAS PANELS AND REPLACE RIBBING FOR PANELS. RE-TAR GUTTER TROUGHS ON ROOF.
