Showed up on time, assessed the work and called me immediately to propose a game plan. Work was very good and turned out better than what I had originally asked them to do.

It was okay. They did a good job however they started trying to add on extra services. The owner made a lot of promises but didn’t follow through. The crew worked hard. Apparently we weren’t in their service area. The owner said that he’d still come out, but only when he had the time. I definitely feel like I overpaid.

They did a good job, getting the weeds out by hand instead of cutting down. Although the work was good and I'm very satisfied in the results, the cost was more than I would have liked. I purchased a "Big Deal" for four hours of labor for two people and it was double the hours. I knew this before they started, but my yard was getting out of hand and I needed to get it done. The two guys that did the work were very good, and I would recommend them.

They worked really hard but weren’t very professional. They charged $40 per man hour, which I feel like is a professional price.

And I explained that it might be in your best in your best interest to have a local company do that portion of work. As for they would be more experienced at that. Extremely responsive, very accommodating as to my time, sent a crew in right away, they cleaned up amazingly!! every last weed and leaf. I have beed using them now ever since my first encounter using a coupon and they have remained A quality since.

I used Cutter's for the end of 2012, and all of 2013. In the beginning, the service was outstanding. Over time, that changed. First, I have to say the quality of the work was usually good. And everybody at Cutter's is polite, friendly. I really have only one big criticism, and I hope MIkey takes this one to heart. It is something that can make, or break a new business. ***Please don't constantly reschedule with your smaller customers. And especially, don't tell them you are cancelling their job because of all the other bigger jobs you have *** After four or five times, it seemed very much like my job didn't matter. I did tell the owner I felt this way. He assured me that my business was important to him. And then he rescheduled the very next time! I decided I would find another lawn care company for 2014.
I was told many times he didn't make money on the smaller jobs, and that was like he was saying; "I'm doing you a favor." If he loses too many customers, maybe he'll realize his customers are the reason he has a business. Whether they are small, or big jobs.
There was several times when I had to ask/remind that weeding needed to be done every time. A couple times I was told they didn't bring the tools they needed to weed that day.

It was pretty good. It is not that perfect. Once they got here they were overwhelmed with all the things that we brought to them so it wasn't their fault. We gave them too much business all at once. Basically, they knew what they were doing when they got here it's just that they have to cancel and come back for the following week because they couldn't get here on time. I have to pay a little bit more because I asked for more service than he was given originally so I spent another $200 and he did some other things while he was here.

Boy were we disappointed. First of all, it took several weeks for them to show up and do the work. The work they did do looked great but we don't feel we got our money's worth. They haven't even bothered to call to see if we were satisfied. Nor did they call to let us know what was done and what was not on the day of service. Had they called, I would have asked them to do more and would have been willing to pay additional. Live and learn. I know I won't use Cutter's again and I am hesitant to try another Angie's Big Deal.

"In response we had talked several times about what you wanted done, priorities first, then some trimming, time permitting. we did as much as possible with the allowed time. I had even asked you if you would be interested in more work, previous to showing up you had said no just do what we can and show up at will. That is what we did. And to controdict what your review stated, you had said the work was GREAT and decided you would have had more done, but didnt get your money's worth, still trying to figure that out. When we had spoke the very first time I had asked if I should come, look the job over, you had said no its very basic, and do priorities in order till. Time was up. We did that and had other jobs that day as I wastold you wanted only the coupon time allowed. I am very sorry you were not satisfied. We did everything you had asked. And I had even offered more on the phone. So when the customer says no 6 hours is all I want then we give them the best work we can for that amount of time and go to our other customers that have been scheduled for that day. I have no problem doing more work for customers, that is great and it happens a lot. That is why I asked if you might be interested in more more work, if the answer is maybe I compensate for time in the day. If the answer is a definite no then I do not. That is why you were not called when we were finished. We did what you asked, the way you wanted it. Still confused, you said it was great work wanted more, but feel like you were cheated. If it would make you feel better, I will come out again and give you a FULL day, which is 15 hours worth of work for free, just the cost of disposal. Thats the best I can do."

Mike and his crew were excellent! The work they did made our rental property desirable again. They were prompt, easy to get ahold of, and easy to work with. I was much impressed with the quality of their work and the enthusiasm that they attacked a major project.

I Could not have gone better. Scheduling was a breeze. The work was done on time without any unexpected costs. I am pleased with the quality of the work. Extremely friendly and professional. I will absolutely hire Cutters in the future.

It went well, except for the fact they filled my recycle bin (after the yard waste bin was full) even though there were other bins available. All in all they did a great job. I had to give them $27 cash "for tax" which seemed odd, but I was very pleased with the work they did. I will probably contact them again when all the leaves have fallen and need raking up. Mikie's son is a wonderful young man, I was very impressed with his professionalism and demeanor. A fine young emerging business man.

They arrived promptly as scheduled and did an amazing job. It was a beautiful transformation and was beyond pleased when I came home and saw what they were able to accomplish. I have planned my scheduled lawn maintenance with them and have already discussed future large projects.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out good. They did a good job. It turned out to be way more than $249. They sent a lot of guys out here. They did an excellent clean up job and cut down a couple of trees. I needed the work done definitely, and I thought I got a good deal for what they did but it ended up costing me like $4000, so I probably would not use them again just because even though it was a good deal it just cost me more than I was anticipating. I thought the cost was high, but it was fair as I had so much work that had to be done but it was not in my budget. They just did a really good job of what they did, so I cannot complain about the work. The price for the amount of work they did was fair.
