It went very smoothly and was more than I expected. I would have been happy with a slipshod ordeal, but he essentially redesigned my fancy hook-up inside my garage for me for the price I was already expecting.

Steve was great. I had several problems with Home Depot sending me broken tubs. But that's another story. Came out several times and I had to reschedule a few times with very short notice. He was very understanding. Going to have him come back and put in the toilet.
