I have a very high regard for Dave's professionalism, integrity, and workmanship. He is a straight-shooter, honest, and reliable. The work he did for us was excellent from an technical and asthetic point of view. He finished the job on time; he was punctual for all appointments and answered any and all phone calls; he cleaned up every night and was very courteous and thoughtful about working in our home.

Everything went well. The work was actually accelerated because of an opening in his schedule. He had two of his other guys do the downstairs and begin the fireplace. Dave himself came back to complete the fireplace and seal the surfaces. I had noticed that the caulk used in the bathroom had lost adhesion and began curling (previous job). Dave came back and removed the old caulk and replaced it with silicone.

David started by installing concrete backer board, carefully taping all joints with thinset mortar, he came back the next day and waterproofed the entire enclosure. After waiting another day he began tiling, he took his time and did an excellent job. The care he took is evident when looking at curved cut tiles and the use of a laser level to ensure straight grout lines. I already asked him for an estimate to install slate in our front entry.
