Went very well. Pat, the owner, was very professional and friendly. Explained what he was doing. In the future, I will call him for my electrical problems.

Pat was great to work with. Great personality, energetic, and he definitely knows his stuff. After surveying the apartment and the electrical layout, he quickly went to work and didn't stop until he had all of our projects completed (a total of nine-and-a-half hours). The completed work was totally professional and he treated our apartment with respect. We were so impressed with him that we are going to use him for some additional work that we will be needing in a few months. The only "problem" that we had with Pat is that he is so busy, it was hard to book him. Luckily, we weren't in a big hurry. I think he felt bad about pushing us back a few times (because of a large condo project that he was working on) so he gave up his entire Saturday to do our job. Highly recommend.

Pat is fabulous and I highly recommend him. Not only did he manage to install my light fixtures in a few locations that were very challenging, he provided some "design" (light locations) advice that worked out great. He was great at communication before/during the job, showed up when he said he would, and was wonderful to work with. Very nice, very knowledgeable, very professional.

We're new owners in a 60s era condo and needed some refreshing and fixing of some older switches and outlets. I contacted Pat on an Monday and he was able to schedule me in on a Wednesday to do this mishmash of smaller tasks as well as advise on other issues that might pop up in future.
We decided after he arrived to add an outlet to a bathroom switch, so he did need to run out to the supply store ro grab that specialty item, but everything else he had stocked in his truck.
He was quick, answered all my questions, and was very pleasant, despite our weird old wiring and other electrical unknowns. Would work with him again.

Great. He got back to me promptly, Gave me a high estimate up front, assuming that everything that could go wrong-would go wrong (for example, that there wouldn't be a ceiling box strong enough to support a ceiling fan already in place). Was able to get to us quickly, showed up on time, was very cheerful and did not require supervision, but said that if I'd helped out, it would lower my bill. Came up with creative solutions to problems, and vetted them with us first. Cleaned up after himself when he was done.

Pat is a joy to work with. He's pleasant, easy-going, and really knows what he's doing. He's extremely busy, and fits many jobs into a day. When he comes over to work, he puts in long hours to get the job done. The quality of his work is beyond reproach, safe and attractive. Inspectors seem to love him and pass his work quickly and without questions.
