Everything went well up until our move date.
Our estimator was very patient with us being that our moved date and address got changed a couple of times.
He was very good at responding to concerns and questions. Answered his email within hours (even on the weekends).
Packers showed up on time and did an excellent job packing our entire 2 bedroom apartment.
....then came the movers.
I was charged for a crew of three for the entire day.
The driver seemed very personable and experienced at his job.
Unfortunately one of his crew members obviously had no moving experience!
He was very slow and had to be coached all day at his job.
We watched him drop things.
Watched him try to get thru doors that were too small for his load (desk chairs, etc).
At our delivery address, we watched him bring boxes in and just drop them in the middle of the room.
This caused time for the other crew to move his dropped boxes out of the way.
The last hour we observed the two crew members stop working and left the rest up to the driver.
I had to help the driver move our dinning room table (since his crew stopped working).
Issues were addressed with office and they said my concerns would be addressed.
I got no follow up and my card was billed!

It went very well. They moved my belongings without any damage. The 3 guys were so friendly.

The military contracted out my move to Crown Moving. The company had great communication and the driver and his crew were very polite and professional. The took care not to damage my floors by putting down their own carpet and padded doorways and corners so they did not scrape them. I would use Crown Moving again when it is time to move. Since I only had them move me in and unpack I can't review the packing and loading portion.

They did a great job. Nothing I can remember was broken. They were careful to match the packing list with the unpacking list. It was a big, big move across the US. I've heard horror stories and I am very happy to say that I am satisfied to use this company again.

The move went great - the price was fantastic. The team that came out was very helpful and took care of everything for us. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

They were good and their prices were reasonable. They were on time, courteous and they did a good job. They had bid one price and were actually able to move us in less time so we didn't have to pay that full price. They actually recalculated the move charges and it cost us less than what we thought it was going to.

It went well. The only problem I have to report is that the initial estimate was off by 1600 pounds!!!! Luckily, I was not required to pay extra, but be aware of their weight estimate and question how they have determined that number.

They did their job. They were very prompt and did exactly what they said they were going to do. The drawback was that they turned out to be more expensive than I though. The people that came out and did the packing could have been a bit more qualified that they were. I spent $1300 on that service. It went just fine overall. I think that it was border line excellent and the only thing I would downgrade a little bit is cost. The packing could have been a little more professional and I ended up doing a lot of it myself. They did not have sufficient people or equipment and it was a very simple move.

They came out and did the estimate. They had a very good insurance policy which lead us to believe that they didn't experience a lot of claims. They were punctual. They did a good job of the wrapping they were supposed to do during the move. All went smoothly. We had only 1 problem when the driver wasn't responsive to questions and calls about when they were supposed to arrive. We didn't find out until the last minute but the company was as irritated as we were.

I had contacted three companies for moving estimates and met with all on the same day. I'll say in advance - all were professional and friendly, so the factor that ended up making up my mind for me was the price. Crown moving's estimate was the lowest of the three - though not so much lower that I thought it would be inaccurate (if one estimate had been wildly different than the others, I would have questioned whether it was correct). An updated estimate was emailed to me the evening of the estimate, as the estimator found that he had counted my dining room table twice. He caught this without me noticing it, and updated without asking. The estimate was not a binding estimate - the actual cost would depend on the total weight of the items I was having moved. The estimate also showed what the costs would be to include insurance for the move. All of my communications with the company were professional and any emails or phone calls I sent were answered promptly. I scheduled the move for just after Thanksgiving. The movers showed up in a very timely manner on the appointed day and were very efficient in their work - making an inventory list of what items and boxes I was bringing, packing them into the moving truck, etc. I was moving a full upright piano, so that was probably the most complicated item to move - it's very heavy, and I had some front steps that the piano had to make its way down. Though an extra person had been requested to assist with the piano, the company had not sent that third person out - the men who were there called in for assistance, but ended up safely moving the piano out before that third person arrived, after all. All in all, the loading went extremely fast, though very safe and careful with my belongings. I was given a range of dates for when my belongings would arrive at my new home. The day the truck arrived, the driver gave me a call to make sure I'd be at home. Three movers were at the unloading-end, and again, they were very professional and friendly. They unpacked various items to where I wanted them in the house, set up the bed for me, unwrapped the couch (it had been wrapped in saran-wrap type plastic to protect it), etc. Once again, the piano was the biggest difficulty. Though there aren't as many steps to navigate on this end, there are still a couple - and the piano needed a fairly straight shot to get through the door. There was a question of whether the screen door would have to be taken down (it couldn't open all the way due to a light in the way), but the movers managed to get the piano through without damage. I was very pleased with the entire experience. It was pricey, but not as pricey as I had feared. I would be very likely to use mayflower moving again and, if I was in the Seattle area, to use Crown moving, specifically.

They did an outstanding job with moving. I am having a little wrangling with the paper work. I don’t know what to say about their pricing. They charged me $9000, but I feel I should have paid them $7000. I think I have over paid them. They contacted me a lot and answered all the questions I had. The pricing was a little tricky deal. They have flat rates, they kind of figure out what they want and I had to pay them in advance. I should have not done that. However, the work they did was excellent.

CROWN HANDLED HER THINGS AS IF THEY WERE THEIR OWN. CROWN PADDED EVERYTHING AND AND MOVED IT INTO STORAGE FOR US AND MADE THIS MOVE EASIER THAN WE HAD EXPECTED. THANKS CROWN. VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

WE HAD THREE MEN COME OUT TO MOVE OUR FURNITURE. THEY WERE VERY ORGANIZED AND FIGURED OUT HOW TO LOAD THE TRUCK THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY. THEY WERE ON TIME, VERY FRIENDLY AND FINISHED QUICKER THAN WE EXPECTED.
