Crescent Builds is a Seattle based general contracting firm focused on providing quality home building and remodeling solutions. The business is owned and operated by two Seattle natives with over thirty years of combined experience in the residential remodeling industry. At Crescent Builds we are able to support clients through any project size and scope, from project conception and design to construction and project completion. We pride ourselves on working intimately with our clients to develop solutions that cater to their individual style, project size, budget and timeline. Each project is initiated with a scope exploration and cost estimate process to create a plan unique to each client’s needs and expectations. Projects are executed with exceptional standards in creative design, thorough and honest construction management, and quality carpentry and craftsmanship.

Gracious, courteous, and professional indeed. Clear costing and scheduling for work to be performed by subcontractors and a very detailed and responsive team available for every stage of the project made them a joy to work with initially. Asbestos abatement was NOT fun (broken pipes minutes into the project for starters) and did not go smoothly but the fact that the Crescent Builds team was so available and responsive to solve the issues put things right back on track in quick fashion. Improper subfloor installation has caused major movement of tiles and cracking of grout, snapping and popping of boards and plywood underneath and after many months of trying to resolve the problem by taking out portions of the tile the problem remains a major issue. UPDATE 7/29/2015 CRESCENT IS SCHEDULING AN ENTIRE REDO OF THE PROJECT DOWN TO THE SHIPLAP. THEY ARE A CLASS ACT. THEY WARANTEED THE JOB FULLY AND I AM THRILLED WITH THE OUTCOME. I WILL BE HIRING THEM IN THE FUTURE. WAY TO STEP UP AND MAKE THE JOB RIGHT. BIG THANK YOU TO AUGUST AND THE CREW.
