Clear costing and scheduling for work to be performed by subcontractors and a very detailed and responsive team available for every stage of the project made them a joy to work with initially. Asbestos abatement was NOT fun (broken pipes minutes into the project for starters) and did not go smoothly but the fact that the Crescent Builds team was so available and responsive to solve the issues put things right back on track in quick fashion. Improper subfloor installation has caused major movement of tiles and cracking of grout, snapping and popping of boards and plywood underneath and after many months of trying to resolve the problem by taking out portions of the tile the problem remains a major issue. UPDATE 7/29/2015 CRESCENT IS SCHEDULING AN ENTIRE REDO OF THE PROJECT DOWN TO THE SHIPLAP. THEY ARE A CLASS ACT. THEY WARANTEED THE JOB FULLY AND I AM THRILLED WITH THE OUTCOME. I WILL BE HIRING THEM IN THE FUTURE. WAY TO STEP UP AND MAKE THE JOB RIGHT. BIG THANK YOU TO AUGUST AND THE CREW.
Description of Work: Kitchen tile installation (including asbestos abatement) Durational management and supervision of subcontractors including clear costing and scheduling. Lab test sample for asbestos, remove appliances, demo island and built-ins, remove doors and sink, and site protection for the duration of the project. Asbestos abatement--licensed abatement contractor to remove multilayered flooring (including plywood underlayment and base layer of vinyl asbestos flooring) at kitchen and laundry. Install all proper protections for safe removal of asbestos. Prep for new tile flooring including underlayment, anti-fracture membrane, install 600 square feet of 24 x 24 porcelain tile to flush with existing finished wood floors, grout and seal. Reinstall appliances, doors, toe kicks, baseboards, thresholds, sink and make required adjustments. Thorough clean up and removal of debris.

Description of Work: We hired Crescent following water damage to our downstairs bathroom. They replaced the floor tile, re-did our wall, and re-painted, also removed the rainwater collection tank that overflowed and replaced it with a downspout. Overall they did a very professional job, gave us great advice about the colors to select for the bathroom walls and the flooring, and were very easy to deal with. They are a bit pricey but the quality of the work performed was worth it.

+ 2 moreThe Crescent Builds employees and their sub contractors were very professional and easy to work with and performed quality work throughout the entire process. They were very flexible in working to our schedule and always a pleasure to work with. Throughout the project they sought our input to assure they were executing the job per our expectations. We will hire them again should we need any work performed on our home.
Description of Work: Crescent Builds performed a few remodeling jobs around our home, from remodeling a bathroom, installing cabinets, installing shelves in a panty, enclosing roof eves, and installing bead board under upper decks, and painting the house.
