This is my first experience with a fairly big remodel and it could not have gone better. From the beginning, Beau was responsive, professional and helpful with decisions. He takes only one job at a time and he was at our house every day by 8:30AM. He hired additional help when needed and always discussed changes in advance with me. He and his crew are very careful with the house, protecting floors and furniture. The craftsmanship is fantastic, all the work from the tile, to the paint, to cabinetry is perfect and beautifully finished. He is a creative problem solver who stays calm and professional when surprises occur, as they always do. We love our new bathroom and refreshed bedroom and guest bath. Beau's billing is perfect, he remembered to adjust all the small and big things - both plusses and minuses to the bill. And he was very fair in charges for extra work. I would not hesitate to hire Creative Kitchens and Baths again.
