CREATIVE BROS LANDSCAPE CORP

Talked with owner over the phone, asked him to come and evaluate lawn sprinkler system. He quoted price of 100 dollars over the phone. He came out promptly at the scheduled time. However, after looking everything over, which required about an hour of work, I asked him how much it would be and after a pause he said he would send out an invoice. Never got an invoice until after I called his office and had to tell them my last name and address (I guess I shouldn't have bothered to call). After eventually getting invoice, noticed that he was charging me 300 dollars. I called to state that I didn't authorize any additional charges, and he started into this long spiel about why it was more, which didn't make any sense to me. Anyway, rather than continue to argue, I just paid, having learned my lesson. I would stay away from this company.

From the first meeting til the end, their team was nothing but professional, helpful, and wonderful to work with. The patio looks fabulous. Their bid came in higher than the other two companies we got bids from, but I felt in my gut that working with Enzo and his team would save us headaches and, probably, unexpected charges in the end, and I was right.
