CRD Design Build

They seemed very kind, and for the conversation we did have for a few minutes they seemed to have a great approach to projects. But obviously, they are staying busy and I simply don't have the time to wait on someone to get back to me.

CRD came out to discuss an addition to our home that we planned to start within the next year. He showed up on time and gave us a little bit of information. I suppose he was not very interested in doing our project as he promised to send references, pictures, and other general information within a few days. A couple months later after we had forgotten about him completely, he sent over the information. Needless to say, we won't be hiring CRD for a project anytime soon.

We initially engaged CRD based off their great reviews to permit and install a garage in front of our new home. Denny and Colin met with us. The greatest part of meeting with them was watching them evaluate the driveway (vacant of the garage) and watching the wheels turn and hearing the innovative ideas. Within days of meeting with us Colin met with the city to start a file on our behalf. Based on his recommendation due to zoning and permitting restrictions (which we thought was an absolute no-go) we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the project was doable. However, we did not use them. The reason we did not was due to our own budgeting. I imagine in future once we live in the home we may of changed course. At which point now we have an idea for costs and decide to install the garage I will contact them. That said, it was good to meet them and get their ideas on our project. If things change with our finances and the need is there for more storage I will ask them to do the work.

From start to finish, CRD delivered excellent service: the design team walked us through a design and planning process that helped us clarify our goals, preferences, and priorities; our lead carpenter was highly skilled, attentive and accommodating; Denny managed the project with a high level of organization and attention to detail, and he was willing to work with us to identify tasks that we could do to be helpful, and to save on costs. The whole CRD team acted with professionalism and courtesy, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I would highly recommend them, they are kind of pricey but I knew that going in. The price was worth the quality of the work. They were the highest bid for sure.

They were a fantastic company and we were very pleased with their service. They were extremely well-organized and very supportive of all of our decisions and preferences. They also had a lot of great ideas that helped us realize our vision for our remodel. Their carpenters and designers were highly skilled and very helpful. They were more expensive than some of the others we got bid from, but the quality of their work was worth the extra money.

Great people. They kept to their schedule, price and our expectations. Great attention to detail--even a coffee card to our neighbor after requesting to block her driveway for a day. We're saving up for our next project--for which we will call Conner.

We did not select them. They had a tremendous amount to offer and it was a very hard decision to make. There were multiple people who seemed very good. Their bid was reasonable.

They were very professional and gave us excellent quality work. They were considerate, clean and easy to work. Fantastic.
