Excellent Service.  
We had a dead rodent smell for almost 3 weeks that our normal pest control company could not locate/remove.  We called Crawlspace Solutions and they worked us into their schedule within 2 days.  Extremely responsive and discussed specific needs with us prior to call to ensure they had everything they needed to finalize the job same day.
Tech was on time, very knowledgeable, put on new/clean suit, foot covers, entered crawl space, found / removed dead rodent, did full perimeter inspection of all potential vent, siding entry points inside/outside house.  Found new point under a vent, closed off entry point.   Sprayed eco friendly bacterial / fumigation product to reduce smell and kill germs.   
Owner came by at end of service to check on how it went and ensured they had exceeded our expectations.  Normally Crawlspace Solutions does more extensive crawlspace, insulation, ducting, water pipe work, but were very happy to help us alleviate what had become a very serious issue for the health of our house.
Would highly recommend this company's expertise, personal commitment and thorough communication with us prior, during and after the service call.

It went very good. Doug came out first, surveyed the crawlspace and showed me pictures of all the problems that needed to be addressed. I had some good insulation left, so he gave me a quote on a complete tear-out and partial tear-out. The initial meeting/survey went well and Doug provided me the quotes. I called back the next day to make an appt. The crew was on time, very nice and professional. Although we didn't need to be at the house, we were anyway, which allowed me to observe, meet the crew and ask questions. The job was done in one day and there was no mess left at all.  Doug came back a few days later to make sure the job was done right and when I had a question on an item, he offered to send one of his crew back the next day to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted/needed it to be. I really appreciated him going the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. In the end, the cost was exactly what Doug had quoted me. He accepted payment after he finished surveying the completed job and after he went over the new pictures with me. It was a great experience as I grew tired of doing the crawlspace work myself and needed to hire some pro's to get it done quick, once and for all. That is what I got with Crawl Space Solutions.

They did a good job but I thought that the price was a little high, I thought that this price should of included vapor barrier.
