It went very well. He gave me a little discount. They were timely with fixing my car. They provided a ride for me. They have a bunch of staff. They do know who I am and work on my car periodically.

Honest about every detail of my repair! Even gave me a list of things I may need done in the near future.

They were the first place that was open on a Saturday to fix our AC in a list of local repair shop recommendations. The rest had weekday hours and we can't be without our cars during the week. When I called, the employee was very nice, explaining all the potential issues with our broken AC, but suggested is was most likely just in need of a recharge and gave me an estimate. We dropped it off Sat. morning and was told they would perform the recharge if that was it, but they would call if it was an issue above and beyond and would cost more. They called in 2-3 hours that it was done and was just a recharge as suspected. They were very upfront so I didn't feel like I was being taken or overpaying. They were quick and friendly. I'd use them again.

I brought them tires that I had purchased online at TireRack.com. The particular tire I wanted was on sale online, so it was cheaper to pay shipping and have the tire shop do everything else. They did the folowing: disposed of old tires, mounted/balanced new tires, including new valve stems. The car was done quickly, (about and hour), and the car was still clean when I got it back (nothing worse than greasy fingerprints on a clean car). Overall I was very pleased with the guys. I'm very particular with my BMW, so I'm not easy to please. They were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely go back.

husband has been taking his vehicles to Courtesy tire for over 15 years and I have for the past ten years. They also have done work on our daughter(s) vehicles.

I brought my car in on Saturday about 9:30. They knew I was waiting for it to be completed as I drove from another town. They turned it around in less time than it took to get a pedicure. I have been using these guys for years and have a great deal of trust in them. I drive from another town to use them because I know I can trust them.

I was very pleased. They gave me a reasonable bid for the amount of work they did. They also took a look at things and told me things that were coming up but I didn't need to fix them right away. I've been to them several times. Their prices are good.

Went fine. I'd bought tires from them several years before and absolutely no problems. This is in marked contrast to nearby Elliott Bay Tires, who sold me a defective tire that went flat that same day (it went out a few blocks from their store, so I pulled in because they were close enough so I could easily walk back home, and Goodyear is a half mile farther), balked at returning it by saying I must have done something, and tried to sell me a $500 brake job that my mechanic of 20 years said I absolutely didn't need. What prompted me to come in was a flat on another tire I'd bought 18 months earlier from Elliott Bay Tires. It was still under warranty, had plenty of tread, but to exercise the warranty I'd have to renew it for the new tire and I just didn't want to have anything to do with them. So I went to Goodyear instead and absorbed the loss on the Elliott Bay Tire.

Goodyear did their job, did it quickly and well , and created no drama. What you should expect. I mentioned Elliott Bay Tire and they said that it they'd heard a huge number of complaints and that it was a shame because it gave a bad name to all the other local tire shops. They mentioned a couple of auto repair shops that had switched from Elliott as people they'd refer to. I don't think they were making it up, it was just the contrast between one place, Goodyear, that does their job right, and another that's only in it for greed. I've definitely learned my lesson.

The particular car I drive, a PT Cruiser, is known for having leaky brakes that need cleaning every so often. The experience there has always been very good. They are quite personable. They answer questions. They have always done work on time. I usually make an appointment. If they tell you that a job will get done in an hour, it will get done in an hour. The quality of the work is good. I haven't had problems with them. Even though the tires are pricey, they are 40,000 mile tires, so they last a while. I've always felt that I get very good service for my money.

They always fit me in whenever I need to. They are honest and their estimates are always accurate. They are awesome. I've been going there for 20 years. I would use them again in the future.

They are very honest, congenial, fairly priced. I highly recommend them.

I like their overall friendliness, professionalism and unlike other places, they do not try to sell you the services that you do not need. I can drop the car in or call them up to take an appointment to bring my car in. My husband has also been happy with them. They treat you very well. When you have gone there a couple of times you are considered a regular customer and you get automatic discount on services. They are open on weekends too.

Went in for what I thought would be a brake pad change and they ended up charging me $600 for a lot more work. I probably should have said no but I don't know a lot about cars so I decided to trust them. But in hindsight, I had taken the car to another mechanic that I trust out of state (I just moved to Seattle) about one month before I took it to Courtesy Tire, and that mechanic did an overall checkup and fixed everything he found wrong. So I suspect that Courtesy Tire charged me for unnecessary, expensive work.

First time user and new in the neighborhood and State after a 300 mile drive from Texas. Conveniently located to me. Responsive to seeing me. Courteous and pleasant. Appeared to be competent and honest.

They were very nice. Let me come in, explained the situation to let me make choices about what I needed to do. They were very helpful and listened to me.

Kelly is professional, efficient and communicates exactly what will be fixed. And he will find the best parts prices available. He's very customer service oriented and a real nice guy. I've taken my car to him for a variety of work and it is always ready, when he says it will be.
