RIC COSSER WAS THE GENTLEMEN WHO MET WITH US. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND SEEMED TO BE VERY THOROUGH. HE TOOK PHOTOS AND PROVIDED US WITH COMPARABLE HOMES IN THE AREA. VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS MANNER.
