They were quick.

I've used them for the first time. I’ve known them because you just walk in and you can see the glasses. My experience was really good. They didn’t have a very large selection of frames but I did find one and they are with an air the first time that I picked them up. They were going to fix it really good. It was fixed and it was fixed quite well. That pleased me. I’ve had no problems since. I would go back again definitely. It was a very good experience and the fact that they fixed the mistake. The price was better than any place around here. The quality was great. It was really good. I had two people. The first one was not as much but the second one was outstanding. They weren’t unprofessional by any means.

They occasionally make mistakes and always prompt about correcting them.

I was happy with their service and their professionalism.  I probably would have gone with somebody else who was even better, but the price was not to be beat.  They were not necessarily the best salespersons.  There are different people who get benefits from using different people.  It is not just the price, the service, or the professionalism.  However, I suppose it would be related to the price.  It is why sometimes people go with one place over another.  I would use them again in the future, but I would still compare prices.
