Description of Work: I purchase my eye glasses from Costco. My husband gets his glasses there as well. I buy my contacts and regular glasses. I purchased regular glasses about a year ago.

+ 0 moreThey got a lot of what was on the rolls and the pictures that they transferred over were very good. The service was very helpful. The cost was reasonable. They did a great job with the service.
Description of Work: I'm not a member but I had a friend that was able to take three rolls of old movies and they were able to transfer those to DVD's.

+ 0 moreI had four or five old video tapes that I wanted to have video duplication and transfer onto CD's and they did a really good job. The sales clerk was able to help me fill out the forms correctly she was very helpful. Great quality CD's they were returned rather quickly. I would go back to them again in the future.
Description of Work: I took my old VHS tapes to Costco for them to transfer them to CD's over a year ago.

Description of Work: I had an eye exam and then purchased 2 pair of glasses from Costco. After attempting to wear the newly prescribed glasses, I did not feel like they were correcting my vision as needed. I returned to the store and they suggested I see the eye doctor again. I was retested and the doctor did not charge me. He explained that sometimes our eyes do not like to change to the prescription, so he altered the new rx and I was sent back to the eye glass department. The eye glass specialist rechecked the visual field of my glasses and sent them back to the company with no additional charges. As always, Costco stood behind their product and made the changes necessary.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job considering the type of camera I have. The pictures came out excellent. Instead of using a memory card, I would rather take them to Costco. They offer a money back guarantee, there. I have never been dissatisfied with any services at Costco.

+ -1 moreEverything went well. Carpet was Mohawk SmartStrand, which is available at HomeDepot and other vendors. Costco price beat the other carpet stores by about $1,000 total, or 20%. HomeDepot may have been cheaper but I did not trust their installers. Installation was very high quality. Installers came on-time, cleaned up, and did a flawless installation.
Description of Work: 700 Square feet of carpet installed in 3 bedrooms and 1 hall.

+ -1 moreI knew it would be crowded on a Sunday because Costco is one of the only tire shops open that late, so I was prepared. Even so, I was not thrilled when the tech told me it would be a 3.5 hour wait. (I arrived around 11:30 a.m.) However, he set appropriate expectations, and I kept myself busy at Aurora Village for several hours, and they were done in slightly under that time. When I went back for the torque check a few days later, I was in and out in 5 minutes and did not have to wait in line. Overall, I was pleased with my experience here and so far so good on the new tires.
Description of Work: I purchased 4 new tires and got them installed the same day. Price included fee for disposal of old tires, and a re-torque/tired check after 25 miles.

If they don't have enough with something they will give me a few and give me the rest later. They are located closer to my home.

+ -1 moreThe price was much less than a competitor we had looked at and they give you lifetime rotation. These tires have an 80,000 mile warranty. They were more affordable and closer so more convenient. Nothing to write home about except the price.
