My experience with them has always been good. Sometimes there are so many people, that it takes long to see somebody to get your glasses.

They got a lot of what was on the rolls and the pictures that they transferred over were very good. The service was very helpful. The cost was reasonable. They did a great job with the service.

Costco are alright. They are helpful, not pushy, they are pretty nice, and pretty professional. The price is cheap compared to competitors.

I had four or five old video tapes that I wanted to have video duplication and transfer onto CD's and they did a really good job. The sales clerk was able to help me fill out the forms correctly she was very helpful. Great quality CD's they were returned rather quickly. I would go back to them again in the future.

They did an excellent job considering the type of camera I have. The pictures came out excellent. Instead of using a memory card, I would rather take them to Costco. They offer a money back guarantee, there. I have never been dissatisfied with any services at Costco.

All do really well. They all communicate and they are always there, same people.

They don't service older vehicles such as ours and didn't have the right selection of tires needed for our vehicle. The employee was professional and knowledgable. We are not sure if we will use them for this project.

They were timely. They provided the number of lens to try for my particular vision. They were very helpful in understanding what my nature of need was. They were good. I would use them in the future.

Everything went well. Carpet was Mohawk SmartStrand, which is available at HomeDepot and other vendors. Costco price beat the other carpet stores by about $1,000 total, or 20%. HomeDepot may have been cheaper but I did not trust their installers. Installation was very high quality. Installers came on-time, cleaned up, and did a flawless installation.

I knew it would be crowded on a Sunday because Costco is one of the only tire shops open that late, so I was prepared. Even so, I was not thrilled when the tech told me it would be a 3.5 hour wait. (I arrived around 11:30 a.m.) However, he set appropriate expectations, and I kept myself busy at Aurora Village for several hours, and they were done in slightly under that time. When I went back for the torque check a few days later, I was in and out in 5 minutes and did not have to wait in line. Overall, I was pleased with my experience here and so far so good on the new tires.

They are the cheapest around and they have good eye doctors. Anybody that goes anywhere else is silly. I could call and get an appointment next week.

I go to Costco 2-3 times a month. Their price is excellent, so I continue to use them. They take a little longer to fill in the prescriptions, but they never commit any mistakes. If they don't have enough with something they will give me a few and give me the rest later. They are located closer to my home.

The price was much less than a competitor we had looked at and they give you lifetime rotation. These tires have an 80,000 mile warranty. They were more affordable and closer so more convenient. Nothing to write home about except the price.
