I called the toll free number on their brochure. Their representative was some national call center person who said they'd contact the countertop representative in my area, and I'd get a call within two business days (which seemed awfully long). They referred me to a company I had already visited (Precision Countertops). To Precision's credit, they called me within hours (not days). The Costco connection basically just lowered the cost of the bid I already had. HOWEVER, when it really got down to it, Precision's prices, even with the Costco discount, did not beat or even match the prices I got from other fabricators. I didn't want one of their stock granites, and they add a healthy premium if you want to get your granite elsewhere. Other companies are more fair.
