Costco

The service rep, who does the sales pitch, was a bit over the top.  We had done our homework and received 3 other estimates already.  The 90 minute sales pitch should have been cut down to 15 minutes max.  FloForm was not the low bid nor the highest but seemed right in the ballpark. We went with them because of the Costco reputation.  Some issues developed over hidden wall imperferctions that affected measurements and ultimately fit of the countertops. FloForm wanted an additional $600 to fix what we believed was their error.  When we threatened to take it to Costco they fixed it at their cost.  Final product looks very good just wish we hadn't had the headaches to deal with.  Would still consider using them again only with caution.

They weren't the successful bidder. They were very pleasant on the phone. They were easy to deal with and I enjoyed the process.

They did a good job and had a fair price. I've not compared it to anybody else, but it seemed like a fair price. I'm happy with them. I will use them again.

The people in my local Costco at the garage door both were nice enough and gave me a pamphlet to look through and signed me up to have a "garage door consultant" come out to my house take measurements and walk me thru my option in a no pressure sales environment. I had good luck with Costco with my window coverings, so I was thinking I would give them another shot. Well the consultant came out, and spent a little time measuring my garage door and a lot of time giving me what I believe to be a hard sell to get me to purchase a garage door and an opener. Didn't really talk much about the product or the differences, just started filling out the sheet with "what I needed" and told me "I've got a today price, and if you don't sign up today I can't offer you as good a deal". Well that was a complete turn off to me and completely opposite to the experience I was expecting. While the Amarr doors and Liftmaster openers that the Costco partner offers are both great quality, I found the customer service experience lacking and had two other companies found on this site that offered better prices for the same or similar products and in my opinion a far superior customer experience.

I like the prices and that they stay on top of what is in as far as electronics. I love their pharmacy. I get really good prices there, and they are helpful. Their bakery is wonderful. I also like that they have great party trays if you are having a party. They also have a well-stocked wine selection.

Costco doesn't really give service, but for price it is Costco.

The quality of workmanship and the quality of the product were great.

I like their products and I like their responsiveness if something goes wrong.

They sub-contracted the work. Their prices were good in comparison to some other people that I talked to. They were able to come in and get it done at a reasonable price. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were eager to learn what my needs were and they were very helpful in looking at my kitchen as it was to find out what would be the best colors to work with the cabinet and the flooring. The quality was excellent.

I used them primarily because of the cost. I got the counter tops and tubs from them. They did a great job. They showed up on time and were punctual. They cleaned up after themselves.

When they first came out they had the wrong door on the truck. I said it really doesn't matter about the size of the panel but the installer said he did not want me coming home time after time looking at the wrong door. He convinced me they had to get the right one. I had to wait a couple more weeks but am really happy with the new door. One guy demolished the old door and opener and installed all new track, door and opener and walked me through how every thing worked and should be cared for in about four hours. He did an awesome job including the cleanup.

It is a combination of good price and great service. We recommend them highly to others. They are pretty punctual. They really honor their quality.

Everything went very well. The installers were very fast, efficient, and professional. There was one piece of molding that was not the right length. The installer said he could "piece" on together, but it would be better if we had the right one, and if we could wait a couple of days, they'd return and finish it off. We said okay, and they did exactly that.

The location stuck out to me about them. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and convenient.

Costco is filled to the brim with great prices on many items.

I love Costco. They are friendly and speedy. Sometimes it is a little difficult to get an appointment that would work with my schedule. They are very affordable and the optometrist seems to know what they are doing.

I wouldn't buy glasses anywhere else. You order your glasses and they are there in a week.

I did a research and I walked in to their store to get the printer. They tend to have high quality items and that s the kind of things I want. I will continue to use them.

The last visit was to check what my vision was and for cataract. They were fabulous and thorough considering the amount of money it cost me. They were on time and he was professional and did an excellent job. I was given my prescription, so I went to Costco and within a week I had brand new regular and sunglasses. I have recommended them to others.

I was happy with my overall experience. I had to wait and the wait time wasn't too long, they got my car right in and got it taken care of. I liked Costco so much because they got my car done quickly, and I shopped in the store while I was waiting. I think they had it done in under an hour.

The price for wedding invitations at Costco was right, so I ordered them. Costco will send you a proof before they print them to check for errors before they print. It took very little time to receive them and I was thrilled to see how well they turned out.

Costco's car wash is fantastic. You can not beat it for the price. My car always comes out very clean. They even spray wheel cleaner on your tires to make them look brand new.

They are great! Everything is great, and their prices are good as well. Sometimes they don't have specifically what you need, but when they do it's wonderful.
