They did a very good job. It was a genuine carpet; but it smelled so bad because we have a cat. It didn't really matter, and we went through all sorts of agony of what colors would run, etc. I said I don't care, and I can't use it the way it is. They did a good job. There is no cat smell left on our carpet, and the colors didn't run, although I suspect that is an accident. I plan to take another carpet to them. I got 40% off coupon, so I don't know what the cost would be without that. A part of it was that the special smell removal, and it wasn't just cleaning a carpet. They didn't come out; I rolled out my carpet and took it.

CORRY RESPONDED TO A REQUEST FOR THEIR SERVICES ON SHORT NOTICE. THEY DID A FINE JOB CLEANING THE CARPET AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH.
