Land Surveying
THE PERSON WHO I INITIALLY CONTACTED, (DENNIS), WAS FRIENDLY. THEY EMAILED A BID TO DO THE SURVEY. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED WITHIN TWO WEEKS, AND THEY EMAILED A GRAPHIC COPY OF THE SURVEY MAP TO ME, WHICH WAS HELPFUL. THEY DID NOT MAKE CLEAR, HOWEVER, THAT THE SURVEY WOULD NOT INCLUDE LOCATING THE HOUSE ON THE PROPERTY, EVEN THOUGH I HAD TOLD THEM THE SURVEY WAS FOR A REMODELING JOB. I WAS THEN CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $280 FOR THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND LOCATE THE HOUSE. THEY ACCOMPLISHED THIS WITHIN A WEEK.
