He is no-nonsense. He does what he says he is going to do. He has a wide range of experience. He suggested that we get a roofer, but he did give his opinion about the shape of the roof. We had a masonry problem, and he suggested that we get a mason similarly. We learned about him because my late neighbor was an architect and used this man as a contractor when he built homes. I was satisfied with the overall experience with him.
