John Durante (owner/builder) is extremely friendly and a very likable guy while at the same time maintaining professionalism throughout the project. He was very conscientious and courteous to my neighbors at all times and kept disruptions at a minimum. He was always on time, very clean and tidy and easily reachable via phone if I ever had questions thus he kept my stress level at a manageable level while work was being done. I would definitely use CCLLC again and I would refer them to any of my friends and family without question!

Wonderful. We were so impressed with his quality and craftmanship that we have used him for woodwork in our basement, and he will be starting on our fence in the backyard. Professional, courteous, and flexible. A real gem of a company.

It is a 1963 house and it needed updating desperately. The job involved demolition down to the bare bone. They had to put in hand lighting. They had to take out the sheet and do the rewiring. They had to put in a new island hood. The wiring went into the walls. It was not a big kitchen; just 2 walls. They were re sheet rocked. They redid the wood floor in the living room and then a new floor matching the old one continued into the kitchen. It was matched very nicely. Cabinets, appliances and a countertop were installed. We did some modification where there was a closet. It now has a double oven and a closet. They put in a garden window. I purchased the cabinets, appliances and countertop. They oversaw the installation of things. I was quite pleased. We spent about $20,000. The price was fair; right in line with everybody else because I got other quotes too. He handled this job very well. I am an elderly person and he was very patient. He described things and kept us apprised of what was happening so there were no surprises. Just a couple of things were planned but it happens with the remodeling. It went well and I would recommend them. They were here and did the work in a timely manner. We will use this company in the future.

Timeless. It's been 5 years and I still LOVE my bathroom!
