My PC's motherboard failed and the liquid cooling system had sprung a leak. It turns out the cooling system had been leaking for a while, and the motherboard failing is what alerted me to it, but at the time, I thought the leak was the only problem. 
I took the system in, and they gave me an estimate of one hour labor plus the cost of the replacement liquid cooling system. I asked them to replace the liquid cooling system and clean the PC. It was a bit of a mess with dust and coolant inside. 
They did an excellent job of cleaning the PC. It looks almost like new. They replaced the liquid cooling system and found the PC wouldn't boot. They did some additional troubleshooting and found the motherboard was also failing. They called me with this information, to see what I wanted to do. I opted to take the machine back in the current state, since I could replace a motherboard myself. When I picked up the machine, they honored the original estimate, even though there was some additional troubleshooting done that wasn't in the original estimate. 
I'm PC savvy enough to fix most of my own issues, but I'll be going back to Computer Sonics for the times I'm in over my head or just don't have the time. The service and price were great. And the staff were professional and understanding. 

They were good. I've used them different times in the past. I've had my sister and my son take theirs there. We've always had a good experience.

I think they changed their name, because somebody bought them, but we were really happy with what they did for us.  They were very helpful.  They downloaded an external hard drive.  I did have to wait a while, it wasn’t that quick, and that could have been because they were changing over and stuff like that.  I had to spend a little more.

I took my computer to them. The people are professional and friendly and they did what I asked without any problems.

Very acceptable. The problem was with the incompatibility of the RS microphone, not the computer. I decided to purchase a web cam for the computer. Doug loaded the SW, tested it, and I was off an running. The service call was FREE, and Web cam was about $30. Excellent support from Doug at the Tukwilia store.

OK. I took the computer to Doug, he did the analysis, we decided the 6 year old computer was toast. So he built us a new computer for about $660 with a 1 year warranty on hardware. The computer was turn key to the house. This means all of the picture files and Excel spreadsheets were saved, and our email was up and running. Now for an old retiree, this was a real plus. All in all we think the service they provided was pretty darn special. I would recommend this company to anyone being a neophyte computer person. They really did a good job in our eyes..

The experience was very good overall. The job was done properly, their estimate was clear and they held to it, finishing the work ahead of the date they'd given me. I found the tech knowledgeable and friendly. The machine has worked great since I got it back from them, and I'd happily use them again. They honored the Angie's List coupon offered by another of their locations. Be sure to bring a printout along, as it's a good deal (free evaluation, at least that's the deal they currently offer here). Computer Sonics charge separately for the evaluation and repair, which is different from other places, which will apply the evaluation price toward the repair if you go ahead with work.

I felt the button break so I called tech support -"those never break, let's do some diagnostics to see if it isn't the power supply,etc." After 1/2 hr we were mysteriously disconnected as she consulted w/her supervisor. I took it to Best Buy and told them the same thing. They fiddled with it for 1/2 hr and told me it was a power supply or the switch and they couldn't fix either, they would have to send it off. I took it to ComputerSonics With the slightly longer story. They said they could not look at it that day (4:30 pm). Called 10 AM next AM and said it was the switch (hurray!!) and gave me a price that I readily agreed to and they told me it would be ready later in the day. A while after I hung up, I called back and asked about adding some memory to it. "No Problem! since I have it open anyway it will be easy, you can still get it this afternoon."

I shop here often. Haven't had a repair here, yet, but I would strongly consider them.

She was very professional and was the only one that would come out to my house to fix my computer. She did good quality work for a very fair price. I would recommend her.

They could be a little faster but that s ok, I understand. Their quality of work is so good and it really doesn't matter to me that much. I like them and I feel like I can trust them with the work I need to get done.

The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and timely in his work. I was so pleased as they did not charge me. I will definitely go back as I feel quite confident of their business approach.

THE COMPANY UNDERSTOOD MY COMPUTER NEEDS VERY WELL. THE COMPANY PERFORMED THE WORK TO MY SATISIFACTION. I EXPERIENCED A SLIGHT LANGUAGE BARRIER. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE WORK.
