+ -1 moreMR. VAN NESS WAS AVAILABLE QUICKLY UPON THE REQUEST OF OUR REAL ESTATE AGENT. HE WAS APPROACHABLE AND FAIR WITH HIS COMMENTS AND INSIGHTS. WE ALWAYS WERE UNSURE OF HIS ANALYSIS OF A RETAINING WALL AND PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE HAD A STUCTURAL ENGINEER ADD TO HIS REPORT.
Description of Work: INSPECTION OF HOME PRIOR TO PURCHASE. HE DID THE FULL INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR INSPECTION WITH WRITTEN REPORT.
