My landlord hired these guys to paint the exterior of our house. It took them 4 weeks to finish our small house since they sent 2 people who worked 4-6 hours a day. Oh, but they do show up unannounced on Sunday mornings. They paint by hand. They don't tape or mask the trim areas at all so it is a sloppy mess. One day at 3pm they realized they needed to remove a window due to it previously being installed over the siding instead of under. They then proceeded to pack up for the day. Their plan was to cover the hole in our wall with a tarp overnight until I insisted they would do no such thing. Now that it's done, it looks basically the same as it did before. Maybe the trim looks slightly better.
