I like this company. They fixed anything that I was not happy with and I am pleased with the work that they completed, overall. I feel like the price is very reasonable.

I do not recommend this company. They gave me a time and date when they would start but they never showed up. I called them and was told in a few hours they would be here. It never happened and it was a few days before they came. They were sloppy painting the trim. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The initial response and estimate was very fast; produced an estimate on the spot, and they stuck to a very good price. The overall quality of the job was fine. They charged 2-3 times less than our original painter and, honestly, close up you can definitely tell the difference. But, it's not "BAD;" It's actually quite good. Just remember that sometimes you do get what you pay for. Our original painter was ultra-high quality perfection, but he charged big money for it. With College Pro we paid 2-3 times less, and got a good looking, solid paint job. It's just a matter of what you're after, and in this case we didn't need sheer perfection. Overall the interaction was good except for a hefty delay at start-up. The only real problem I had was that every week we were told the job would "definitely" start by the end of the week - but this went on for over a month, during which time the weather was mostly perfect. Various reasons were given, many I completely sympathize with, but in the end, I would have been happier with the straight scoop and not thinly optimistic promises: If you don't know, say so. Don't keep promising and not delivering. That's just a business style thing, though. In the end, the delay did not fall outside of contract, the job was completed before the fall rainy season and all is well. I would mostly likely consider using them again.
