THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, POLITE, STRAIGHTFORWARD, EXTREMELY HELPFUL, AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. I HOPE I NEVER NEED THEIR SERVICES AGAIN, BUT IF I DO, THEY'RE THE ONES I'LL GO TO.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH IN THEIR WORK. THE LEAD USED SEVERAL SUBCONTRACTORS, SOME OF WHOM WERE NOT SO GREAT IN COMMUNICATING WITH ME ABOUT THEIR NEEDS FOR ACCESS AND WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY DEFINITELY MADE AN EFFORT TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM COMING BACK TO DO THE BASEBOARD WORK WHEN THAT GOT OVERLOOKED. I FELT THEY REALLY GOUGED MY INSURANCE COMPANY THOUGH. I WOULDN'T HIRE THEM TO DO WORK AGAIN IF IT COMES OUT OF MY OWN POCKET.
