Originally, service was going to be the next week and I asked if it could be done on the weekend(Saturday). It turned out that they did come out on Saturday(which was the next day from the estimate)and completed the work in one day on approximately 1000 square feet of hardwood. No payment of any kind was made until the *next* day when I arrived at the home(I hadn't moved in yet at the time)and was able to inspect the work along with the gentleman from Citywide. This was impressive to me since he didn't want to be paid until I was satisfied with the work.

Overall things went pretty well and the job quality was ok. The business owner did some nice additions to floor grille and such without charging us. The mistake we made was we paid him in full before all the final details were completed and we never saw him again despite many calls and promises he would come.
