Great! Wonderful! I am so grateful to Angie's List for helping me to find this company. The sewing machine technician told me would do a general service on the machines and what he would check for on my machines that might be causing the problems. He also told me the expected cost and that he would call if the cost to repair was more than the estimate. The employees were social distancing compliant and very nice to work with. I plan to bring my sewing machines in to them for their next servicing, probably annually considering how much sewing I have done lately with making masks and getting a head start on Christmas. I can highly recommend them to anyone with sewing machine issues. They repair all brands of machines. And, they also repair vacuum cleaners.

I have had many sewing machines and vacuum cleaners repaired here for decades.  The work is consistently well done, fairly priced and timely.
I would very highly recommend this shop for any sewing machine and vacuum repair &/or parts.

Wow - this place is FANTASTIC! I cannot say enough about the quality of service and price. The owner called me twice while working on the Janome to discuss options for some repairs and both machines were done in approx. a week for 50% less cost than the quote I'd received from a larger local sewing machine dealer/repair store. DO NOT be put off by the appearance of the place when you walk in - reminds me of repair places from the 1960s with things stacked to the ceiling and seeming clutter of machines. This place spends its money on competant repair people rather than flashy surroundings. There's a reason they've been in business for a long time!

He did a general cleaning and managed to clean the old oil out of the needle position control so that it is no longer frozen. He was able to replace the foot control which had overheated to the point that the contacts had melted. He was very knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions. And he did it all for a very reasonable price.

They are the best, polite professional, so helpful and I can't say enough good things about them. I would drive 50 miles if I had to to have them work on my sewing machine. The cost was very reasonable. T hey saved me hundred's of dollars by not having to buy another one.

Experience was great. Machine was ready in one day. I would highly recommend this place.

These guys were great. Final price below estimate on the repair and reconditioning of an old Pfaff sewing machine. Done early and cheaper than they had thought. It's a ways north, but absolutely worth the drive.

I love this sewing machine shop. They are just fantastic. They charge a $80 flat fees and I believe the parts will be more than that. Only once I ever had to take it back and say it not quite right. They are helpful. They are polite and they remember their customers. I like them a lot. The shop is a little older and there are a lot of sewing machines and vacuums and the shop is not really pretty but for the actual work that they do I give them an and ldquo;Aand rdquo;, the work is just spot on. I have other friends who used them and they also felt the same way. Mr. Joe and Mr. George are fantastic. In terms of punctuality they are really fast. They can turn around machines in just a couple of days.

By Tuesday I hadn't received any calls so called and asked if it was ready - and it was. When I went to pick it up, they had it ready for me and it was only 65 to fix it. He explained what the problem was and told me to bring it back if I had any issues. The machine is working great and I am having no problems what so ever. I sew a lot and I greatly appreciated the fast turn around and the explaination of the problem.

I would rave about this company. I’ve taken my machine in to another place twice and they tried to sell me a new machine and told me that my machine was too old to repair. They claim 24 hour turnaround—they didn’t turn it around that quickly but it was because they were struggling with my machine and it took five days. When I got it back, it was like I had a brand new machine and they truly fixed it. It was so bizarre to have my machine work so well after I had taken it in twice to another place and had no results. It took longer than I expected but the results were tremendous; these guys were fantastic.

I was very impressed. Sears had told me it would cost a minimum of $60 in labor, no matter what was wrong with it. Joe was very knowledgeable. He did the work very quickly and for a lot less than I would have paid at Sears.

I was very pleased with the service. They quoted me a price and stuck to it. They did the work in a timely manner. They did a good job and were very nice to work with.

VERY QUICK SERVICE. THEY CALLED BACK IN THE SAME DAY. ALTHOUGH THERE WASN'T ANYTHING THEY NEEDED TO FIX THEY DID HAVE THE PARTS I NEEDED FOR THE VACUUM FOR IT TO WORK PROPERLY AND I BOUGHT THEM. WHEN THEY WOULDN'T STAY ON I BROUGHT THEM BACK AND THEY EXCHANGED THEM FOR NEW ONES.

A NEW MOTOR WOULD HAVE COST MUCH MORE THAN I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR SUCH AN OLD MACHINE. THE SHOP OWNER WAS ABLE TO FIND A USED MOTOR AND THE REPLACEMENT COST WAS HALF OF WHAT A NEW MOTOR WOULD HAVE COST.
