It went well and they alerted me to a roof problem when he had to put fan through to roof as before it vented into attic, which is no longer code. I'd had previous roofing company supposedly fix the roof, but pictures of roof above bathroom showed that it had not been fixed correctly. Cirque building had roof repaired and actually his roofer replaced my roof as it was due.

Excellent and timely work. Spouse is very sensitive to construction mess and debris. Cirque kept a clean work area throughout their process and made and extra effort to clean up each evening. Improvement in the hearth is dramatic. So glad we did this project.

We had an excellent experience with the replacement of our deck. As with most projects, with tear off, more work was necessary than originally bid. Explanation and additional cost was completely explained. Work was done as expected with attention to detail and clean up after each days work. Also cleaned up area under elevated deck which was above and beyond what was expected. Also reinfoced steps which was not in the original scope of the project. Cirque arrived as expected and completed the task in a timely manner. I would definitely use Cirque again and in fact am going to have my fireplace hearth removed and replaced with tile, grout, and trim.

Ben was great to work with. He stuck to the budget, being diligent about documenting change orders and keeping me well informed about anything that may affect the overall cost. He worked hard to stay on schedule and keep his subs on schedule as well (even when I added scope to the project). Above all, Ben was very flexible and willing to work with me on a daily basis as decisions were made. He had very good advice and helped find ways to save money where it made sense and also made several excellent suggestions along the way. In the end the project came in on budget, on time and turned out even better than I had imagined. I would definitely recommend working with Cirque Building to anyone considering a remodel project.

Great. This is our rental property and we were anxious to get the bathroom refinished in a very short period of time. Ben was there almost immediately, knowing that we were in a hurry, but the job looks as if it was done with painstaking detail. We are extremely pleased with the expediency and job done.

Not only was Ben a fabulous contractor, but he was also an excellent advisor. He has a great way of foreseeing issues and addressing them with practical solutions. For example, Ben solved our water issue by suggesting flooring that allows drainage underneath it. We particularly appreciated his attention to detail and admired his commitment to a job a well done. He doesn't cut corners and his high standard of workmanship was obvious at every stage of refinishing. He was very easy to get along with and not easily frustrated. Ben respected our budget and did the work in a timely, efficient manner. We would recommend his work to anyone.
