Description of Work: Circle Point Real Estate and Property Management rescued us (a condominium association) from a disastrous situation with our previous company. In a matter of days, they had set up our accounts, contacted owners, and were organizing a thorough inspection of our buildings in preparation for major renovation. Thomas, the President, is knowledgable, competent, and personable. Unlike other candidate management companies, he did a walk-round of our complex before the interview and ended up informing US of what needed to be done. His staff has been most pleasant and helpful. Circle Point is now helping us with a $1 million renovation project, and we are VERY glad he is working with us on it. Obviously, we think highly of him and Circle Point and would definitely recommend him to any apartment or condominium complex needing a management company.

Description of Work: This real estate agent does property management as a side line. They failed in basic responsibilities, such as showing an apartment that was available. (I lost a month's rent.) They were late getting payments to me, which caused my mortgage payments to bounce and generated late fees. My tenants described owner Thomas Wilkerson as arrogant and uncaring. Circle Point did not respond when my tenants called repeatedly with maintenance problems. It took a call from me and several weeks' time to get a simple repair done. This family business seems to consist of family members who show up for work when their personal schedules permit. The staff assigned to show apartments and handle maintenance were very young, under-trained, and under-supervised.
