We met with Cindy and Pat, and decided they would help us find a house. After our initial meeting, we heard very little from them, except when we requested they show us houses that we found ourselves. When we asked for help finding out about houses under construction that could potentially have come on the market, they rarely even responded to our requests for information, and we got the impression that they were not really interested in helping us find a house.

Cindy and Pat Phillips were a good team, staged my home and held several open houses. Because of market conditions my home took more than four months (and 120 showings) to sell, but I didn't feel that they gave up on me.
